The traditional and original 1892 mansion was renovated and replicated by internationally acclaimed architects, using the most modern styles and luxurious materials. Within its 250 squared meters, the building consists of three floors and two entrances both on the ground and first floor.
Upon entering the ground floor, one sees a fully equipped kitchen followed by the dinning room, which can accommodate two guests on separate couches and also includes a fireplace. Further on, the bathroom contains a toilet, sink, washing machine and a shower faces an amazing view.
The marble staircase leads to the first floor which includes the main entrance, living room, three bedrooms and bathroom. Two of the bedrooms face the magnificent garden with hydrangeas and fruit trees while the third looks over the Aegean Sea, Saint John’s beach and the small neighboring villages. The shared bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower.
On the third floor the main living room has a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and beautiful Pelion and contains a fireplace, television and stereo system. The room includes an extra bed that can accommodate two guests and offers the best view of the house. On the same floor there is a master bedroom with a wooden ceiling, private bathroom with shower, and a view overlooking the garden.
The stone built, two storey villa of 170 squared meters combines the luxury of modern architecture along with the unique tradition and exquisite natural beauty of mount Pelion. It is accessible from both levels.
The surrounding space is paved with local stone where there is a barbeque and a wooden floored patio looking over the river, that includes a king size bed, dining table and hammocks.
